Governance responsibilities for the Form ADV Part 2B Review Committee (ADVRC); Secretary/ designated Chairperson responsible for the evaluation, review, approval, supervision and oversight of each supervised person who provides investment advisory services to Merrill Lynch/Merrill Edge clients. Created agendas for ADVRC, which required regular communications with senior field managers and control groups. Prepared meeting minutes for ADVRC approval. Followed up on all action items. Lead role in the creation, maintenance and client distribution of the Form ADV Part 2B brochure supplement (“Brochure Supplement”) for 15K Financial Advisors across two client segments/platforms (1.5 million clients). Designed and implemented all related technology built pursuant to regulatory compliance timeframe. Created budget for life-cycle of project, presented to senior management and secured funding for all technology deliverables.
