Night Shift Manager role.Total responsibility for shift, assured Safety, GMP and Lean practices were followed and that product streams met or exceeded QC Specs. Developed operational decision making skills of Shift Supervisors and Operators in the processing of USP and Food Grade Glycerin and Propylene Glycol. Processes included Glycerin Stills, Thin Film Evaporators, Hydrogenolysis Reactors, Hydrogen Plant, Distillation Columns (5) and Rail-car and truck loading facilities.
