Daily Duties at Healthcare/Medical :
Area field operation management of 12 Medical-Acute/Wellness Clinic & General Dentistry, monitor productivity performance reports, profit margins, operation procedures. Provide effective leadership to all operation functions. Develop strategic implementation measurements to benchmark & enhance operation infrastructure & service quality.  Provide on-going coaching & feedback, implement new methods, activities & evaluate bench-marking process for areas of opportunities. Prepare monthly production reports, create action plans to achieve proficiency in service expectations.  Direct sales campaign, manage staffing, training, employee performance evaluations, budgeting, promotion advertisements, marketing analyses, pricing, purchasing, inventory control and monitor financials.
