Provided technical sales expertise to sales teams and clients. Conducted technical product and solution presentations to clients/customers, performed proof-of-concepts (PoC), conducted IT Health Checks and Application Assessments, assist customers with software trials, performed product demonstrations, performed discovery and requirements gathering, assisted with ROIs & TCOs analysis, developed Migration/Readiness plans, conducted Solution Assurance Reviews with clients, support/troubleshoot clients IBM environments from a post-sale perspective, qualify sales opportunities, responded to RFPs and RFI, contributed to Bid proposals, made cold calls to customers to generate new opportunities, Project Coordinated and Test Lead for Systems Verification and Integration Test projects, designed test plans and test strategies, created and executed test cases, designed and configured multiple test environments, developed and wrote microcode to implement data communications protocols, and performed I/O connectivity testing.
