Daily Duties at Vertafore, Inc:
Review and correct customer disputes regarding the billing on their account. Train new billing/collection team staff on company policies, products and procedures. Assisted in the training of our new billing/collection team on our new Oracle ERP system. Review accounts for lack of payment and prepare for 3rd party collections assignment.
