Daily Duties at Vertafore, Inc:
Manual billing twice per month for state regulatory and service transaction fees via a complex manual Excel billing process. Monthly monitoring of customer deposit amounts on file to ensure adequate coverage of state fees in the event customer fails to send payment. Serve as subject matter expert in company legacy systems, products and processes in regards to billing and customer accounts. Provide timely answers to internal customers regarding invoice questions, errors or corrections needed. Serve as department liaison between the operations group and our enterprise applications team. Assist our enterprise applications group with system conversion analysis after new acquisitions. Review and approve credit & refund requests.
