Daily Duties at Capital America Inc:
• Sourcing and evaluating assets across 5 industries: Oil/Gas, Real Estate, Hotels, Restaurant, Financial • Identifying Chinese companies interested in foreign capital investments • Structuring and negotiating transactions globally: London, Canada, France, Russia, Azerbaijan, China etc. • Overseeing due-diligence and legal documentation for transactions • Structuring strategic alliances with global partners and managing partners in various countries • Performing Technical and Financial analysis of global assets • Preparing and presenting internal overview memorandums as well as sales and marketing material • Completing quantitative and qualitative analysis of assets across industries • Lead advisor to clients for evaluating strategic alternatives • Interacting directly with clients’ corporate development team to determine strategic direction • Developing bid strategies to best accommodate clients’ needs
