Daily Duties at Germantown Academy:
Oversaw all Human Resource functions in an independent day school, which included all employee benefits including the administration of the 403(b) retirement plan. Worked in conjunction with the Head of School, Division Heads, Chief Operating Officer and department heads to create, implement and administer all faculty and staff policies and procedures. Served on the One School Committee and various search committees
