Daily Duties at Family Practice Clinic:

Responsible for the full spectrum of patient intake and customer service for a general practice physician. Handled all aspects of care, documentation and billing for a very diverse patient population. • Strong focus on excellent customer service and patient relations: responded to patient questions and concerns; followed procedures for patient intake and processing; took medical histories; assessed and documented patient vitals and weight; assisted with patient procedures. • Answered phones, greeted patients, updated and filed patient medical records, filled out insurance forms, handled correspondence and scheduled appointments. • Performed urine tests, EKG’s, and PPD tests.
