Daily Duties at Stericycle Communication Solution :

Currently manage a team of 15-25 nurses and I am responsible for the hiring, training, creation of all training materials, account maintenance with the client, quality and quality improvement of the team and evaluation. This was a team with many issues and many untrained and prepared staff that required training and staff management. We have gone from call back times of 25 minutes to 3.5 minutes. We have also had quality of calls go from a 75% range to a 92% range. Created all training materials for initial orientation and yearly competencies. Manage scheduling and development of staff. Assist with the development of accounts and follow up on all issues with account management.
