Daily Duties at Georgountzos & Associates:
Consult with clients regarding their home buying goals, assist with search, work with realtors who are keenly knowledgeable about specific markets, provide advise regarding pitfalls and other legal matters at the early stages of homebuying process. Once client finds home, I negotiate and draft Purchase & Sales Agreements. I work closely with lenders to assist clients obtain financing. Closely monitor clients throughout the process through to closing. At closing, I ensure all documents are properly executed and recorded. With respect to litigation, I advise clients who seek redress in courts, or who are being sued by others. I draft pleadings, answer discovery, negotiate settlements, and if necessary take cases to trial.
