As Director of Digital Marketing I develop, implement, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. I work with the marketing and digital groups to execute all programming and marketing strategies for the network website; including show sites, contesting, branding, affiliate sales and distribution, ad sales and marketing. I develop and continuously update a digital content posting and editorial strategy to continue to build and enhance our website and social media presence. Identify trends and insights, and optimize marketing spend and performance based on data insights and analytics. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and build ad sales strategies for the website. Support the digital and sales teams to create digital traffic forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption. I demonstrable extensive experience and knowledge leading and managing a productive team.
