• Evaluate and treat speech and language and swallowing disorders • Managed dysphasia populations – monthly screens, thickened liquid list, altered diet list, weight loss reports, and restorative dining plans • Maintained above a 90% productivity and always had timely documentation • Achieved proficiency in Rehab Optima operating system • Participated in documenting and filing ARDs for corporate • Attended care plan meetings for all patients on ST caseload to ensure continuum of therapy and proper discharge planning • Attended meetings in place of director when absent • Communicated with physicians on a weekly basis for patients on commercial insurance and prepared proper documentation to substantiate therapy
