Daily Duties at Mrm Worldwide:

• Work with engineering, design and product to design, own, and deliver on test plans for new features and functionality • Provided quality assurance for a variety of interactive marketing materials aimed at consumers in a fast-paced advertising agency environment • Hands on testing experience working on multiple web and mobile applications • Knowledge of Front End web tools (HTML, JavaScript) Back End development tools (.NET), Java and Flash • Experience using JIRA for tracking defects • Work with Omniture Account Managers to answer Omniture SiteCatalyst questions and report issues • Cross browser compatibility, banner testing, front end and back end testing. • Flash banner ads – verifying click tags, speed, loop, and file size on PC and Mac platforms • Mobile testing- iPhone, Android, Blackberry, iPad. • Assist in the documentation of test artifacts (plan, cases) and execution of test cases from design documentation and functional specifications • Following quality procedures and test standards, execute manual and automated tests for multiple software builds within scheduled releases. Test approaches include client/server, white-box, black-box, positive/negative, and relational database testing. Test types include functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance/stress • Analyze test result, and document defect/issues in Tracking system. Proactively troubleshoot with Business Analyst and Development to replicate/identify, and resolve issues • Document defect/issues in Tracking system, including relevant brief descriptions of the issue with detailed steps to replicate
