Daily Duties at Minute Clinic:
• Train new employees and precept students • Clinical resource providers for other minute clinic employees • DOT certified for DOT physicals • Comprehensive Health Reviews, Biometric Screenings, Administrative, Camp and Sports physical. • Educate patients on weight loss management and smoking cessation; teaching health promotion and disease prevention. • Provide accurate assessments, diagnoses and treatment of common family illnesses for patients over 18 months of age. • Promote well-being through vaccinations. • Average volume 20 patients per day (15-20 minutes per visit). • Work in conjunction with Pharmacists, store staff, and Collaborative physicians. • Responsible for Lab account and GRITS account setup for all of minute clinic employees in the state of GA
