Daily Duties at Equity Residential:
• Developed SQL Server 2005/2008 Integration Services (SSIS) packages for data ETL processes to integrate with ERP systems • Developed Microsoft Analysis Services 2005/2008 OLAP cubes for the creation of KPI reports • Led performance testing efforts of critical business applications to identify system degradation and to ensure optimal response time to customers. • Responsible for deploying software applications into DevOPs environments in preparation of monthly project releases • Present weekly analysis reports of critical network and application operations metrics to Network and Application owner stakeholders to identify issues that affect application availability and performance • Prepare Monthly Change Management documentation in accordance with enterprise policy on application changes • Created Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory user accounts, groups and organizational units • Created SQL Server 2005/2008 database security accounts for application access to database objects • Create and maintain application setup and implementation runbooks for application management teams
