Formulated goals and objectives for the agency as a whole ensuring they are consistent with the long-range plans established by the board of directors. •Prepared and submitted claims for Medicare, PHC, Star Plus and private insurance. Recover unpaid claims and appeal. Evaluated the employee appraisals and annual performance review. Held management meetings to review staff performance and played a crucial role in promotions. •Trained the newcomers regarding office procedures and policies. Managed and conducted the professional training programs for the organization’s employees.
