Daily Duties at Walgreens:

Managed a network of 39 stores in the Kansas City metropolitan area, consisting of a team of more than 1,000 team members. Led a team of 39 Store Managers and 4 District Support Staff. Worked with a hands-on approach to develop the mentoring and coaching skills of Community Leaders, Store Managers, and District Support team so they could better lead their teams.
