Daily Duties at Dollar General:

Provide regional leadership and oversight to more than 145 stores in southeast Texas, supervising, mentoring, and coaching a team of 8 district managers which are responsible for a network of more than 900 team members. Provide direct feedback on improving store operations through tactical visits with District Managers and Store Managers in the field.
