manage production of equipment services, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance readiness, and repair parts for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to include power generation equipment, air conditioning/refrigeration systems; implement shop procedures, assign maintenance tasks; inspect work performance of subordinate technicians; supervise equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics
