Daily Duties at Worcester City Hall :

Proactively instructed senior analysts on automated reports and relevant encoding issues and provided critical technological solutions for an organization with a $500M budget. Utilized strong analytical and conflict resolution skills to identify, track, report and resolve key issues promptly. Used strong problem solving and creative/critical thinking skills to understand organizational needs and translate them into appropriate solutions. Consistently exceeded expectations ensuring projects were on time, on budget, compliant to standards and met organizational needs.
