Daily Duties at The Alpha Insight Group, Llc:
Create and implement extensive, innovative talent management programs, specifically providing comprehensive developmental assessments (MBTI, CPI and Hogan) and coaching to middle managers to drive business growth. Strategically apply various aspects of coaching, training and development, group facilitation, appreciative inquiry and support of managers/supervisors on issues related to performance management and conflict resolution. Effectively communicate with clients and customers to fully understand their requirements and provide appropriate technical, strategic and analytical solutions. Extensively assess supervisors and develop appropriate individual action strategies for goal setting, concentrating on succession planning and facilitating communication skills with managers and executives. Provide comprehensive guidance and innovative solutions for people and businesses in the fields of retirement planning, insurance and investment services while achieving a revenue base of over $190B.. Provide a variety of forward-thinking strategies for growth opportunities in the market to improve growth and maximize the company’s bottom line. Administer excellent customer service by fully assisting clients in defining and implementing innovative solutions, allowing them to achieve long-term growth. Successfully integrate management consulting subject matter expertise with external practices, utilizing design principles and business knowledge to form new perspectives and ideas. Leverage and apply external research, models and methods to bring thought leadership to the organizations.
