 Create and implement extensive, innovative talent management programs, specifically providing comprehensive developmental assessments (MBTI, CPI and Hogan) and coaching to middle managers to drive business growth.  Strategically apply various aspects of coaching, training and development, group facilitation, appreciative inquiry and support of managers/supervisors on issues related to performance management and conflict resolution.  Effectively communicate with clients and customers to fully understand their requirements and provide appropriate technical, strategic and analytical solutions.  Extensively assess supervisors and develop appropriate individual action strategies for goal setting, concentrating on succession planning and facilitating communication skills with managers and executives.  Provide comprehensive guidance and innovative solutions for people and businesses in the fields of retirement planning, insurance and investment services while achieving a revenue base of over $190B..  Provide a variety of forward-thinking strategies for growth opportunities in the market to improve growth and maximize the company’s bottom line.  Administer excellent customer service by fully assisting clients in defining and implementing innovative solutions, allowing them to achieve long-term growth.  Successfully integrate management consulting subject matter expertise with external practices, utilizing design principles and business knowledge to form new perspectives and ideas.  Leverage and apply external research, models and methods to bring thought leadership to the organizations.
