Daily Duties at Spherion Corporation (Randstad Technologies) :

Managed and increased total sales growth by 30% in the direct hire practice for the South Florida Recruiter Market, including proactively acquiring local competitive intelligence, identifying opportunities for practice enhancements, coaching, mentoring, and encouraging collaboration between Recruiters with respect to client and candidate leads. Provided overall operational oversight, ensuring high quality service is consistently delivered in a positive, client-focused environment. Supervised, coordinated and directed the activities of the region and other services in accordance with appropriate policies and best practices. • Lead, manage and direct day to day business functions and activities of region • Marketing strategies - manage budget and execution of growing brand awareness and quality care • Ensure best practices are implemented and maintained • Collaborate with region leaders to promote positive quality patient care experience • Resolves and/or participates in the resolution of client satisfaction issues as necessary • Provide leadership and operational support for staff, vendors, and clients • Prepare staffing schedules - ensure proper coverage and staffing needs at all times • Build and maintain strong team - training and successful on boarding that leads to retention and positive work environment • Responsible for workflow management - motivating team to work together • Liaison between Director of Operations and HR Department • Collaborate with revenue cycle management team and finance • Maintain successful systems (EHR, Billing, Schedules, Protocol, etc.) Managed 6 Direct Hire Recruiters for 5 locations within the South Florida market (confidential, executive, & in-line searches). Oversaw RPO process staffing Managed overall recruiter performance along with the ramp-up of new recruiters 25% faster than the normal Spherion average Recommended and implemented new policies and programs in support of organizational change. Provided training in the areas of interpersonal communication, leadership development, strategic planning, and team development.
