Developed and implemented “new” hiring and recruiting strategies for business units: Synovus Securities, Finance/Accounting/Tax, Compliance, Legal, HR, Security, Travel, Executive, Trust, Globalt, Innovative Solutions and other organizations (VURV/RecruitMAX ATS). Managed complex portfolio/program management. Utilized creative recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels such as internet recruiting, passive (active) candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiations, agency-use reduction to $0, time-to-fill shrinkage by 60%, relocation packages/planning, candidate selection in a fast-paced environment. Analyzed recruiting vehicles to promote best practices in recruitment in support of company initiatives such as diversity, Internet recruiting and employee referral programs. Partnered with HR Business Managers to insure best practices were followed in compliance strategy (EEO). Developed and implemented the placement of employment advertising in utilizing a variety of sources and recruiting methods Established strong relationships with executives and managers to become a business partner in strategic staffing plans.
