Daily Duties at Global Personals, Llc:

Provide full-service, human resources, recruiting, and executive leadership to a $100MM Internet/e-Commerce corporation with 10 service locations and approximately 175 employees. Engineer and execute corporate HR/Recruiting systems and practices while creating and integrating strategic requirements that far surpass theoretical HR management responsibilities. In addition, maintained a full recruiter desk with accountability of filling management, financial, technical, professional, hourly, college/intern, administrative, and other positions. Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and offer proactive solutions. Consult with executive leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over large functions Solve complex problems and get to the root cause of any issue, regardless of the complexity, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines. Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development. Manage client relationships and deliver innovative solutions. Performed Merger & Acquisition restructuring for the split from NetMedia Enterprises entities. Led the design overhaul of the company’s internal/external career site at $350K less than the IT proposed solution.
