Daily Duties at Hammerton Sage Investments Limited:

• Coordinated the port operations of vessels by maintaining efficient communication with customers and related parties and stevedores. • Maintaining Vessel and Dry- docking rotations and supervision of Dry-docking of Vessels, Tankers e.t.c • Work closely with Head of operations in developing operational standards and procedures for Nigeria operations. • Co-coordinating material and personnel movement and crew rotation. • Material sourcing and procurement on request with sales and marketing department. • Handling of inward and outward manifest of vessels / To liaise with port agencies and clearing agencies • Handling of Deck and Engine room supplies of vessels, Tankers and Barges • Handling of All job material requisitions for vessels and repairs and dry-docking requirements. • Preparation of Arrival and Departure notices of vessels to respective agencies( Customs,, NDLEA, Navy, immigration e.t .c) • Oversee general/ daily Operational activities of Vessels, Tankers in and out of Port and reporting to the head of operations. • Co-coordinating hiring and training of crew, dispatching of vessels and scheduling.
