Daily Duties at Sterling Exploration And Production Company:
• Developed, co-ordinate and managed crew rotation on assigned vessels in conjunction with the vessel master, Client and manning agencies.(VLCC, FSO, FSPO) and scheduling, inspecting and dispatching of vessels of crude oil and gas. • Co-ordination of cargo requirement(deck, under-deck, fuel, water) for VLCC,FSO, FPSO. • Co- ordinate crew contracts and provision of competence and policy development. • Facilitates crew payroll through accurate and timely submission of their needs,. • Co-ordination of crew travels (TWP, TRANSIT & BUSINESS VISA) and visa documentation with protective agency. • Make travel arrangements in conjunction with crew, ship master and manning agencies ensuring all interested parties are fully informed. • Co-ordination of effective crew change(sign-on and sign-off) • Review and authorize travel/accommodation invoices applicable to assigned vessels • Liaise between stores and procurement dept. and vessels. • Ensure supplies are delivered to assigned vessels. • Ship chandlers and provision supplies. Accounting and auditing of invoices • Interfaces with operations, material management and field personnel.
