Daily Duties at Mcdowell Wellness Center:
Under direction of McDowell Wellness Center Director oversee daily operations of member services, children’s activity center, Health Management Resource staff; Recruit and implement Silver Sneakers, Health Ways program; Manage computer systems and software; Organize and direct programs including Dazzling Dribblers, Moonlight Mile, May Day 10K, Help Make a Difference Sprint Triathlon; Manage all retail inventory and sales; Work with and prepare reports for account manager and program coordinator for HMR weight loss program; Collaborate on budget preparation with Director; Train and orientate new associates; Resolve member complaints and issues; Function as the liaison between McDowell Wellness Center and other departments within the hospital.
