Daily Duties at Mcdowell Wellness Center:

Responsible for leadership, direction, and supervision of McDowell Wellness Center and Occupational Wellness; Establishes and monitor accountability of all associates within the McDowell Wellness Center; Supervises and directs McDowell Wellness Center and occupational Wellness programming and analyses effectiveness; Institutes changes as needed; Administers programming according to identified needs based on assessments in collaboration with members, medical community, health care team, and community leaders;Monitors the quality of Wellness classes, programs, and interventions; Facilitates the interview, hiring and evaluation process of associates; Submits financial analysis, prepares budget and is responsible for sound fiscal management of center; Submits and prepares marketing plans and actively promotes wellness activities; Is involved in community activates and organizations that actively promote wellness fitness activities, programs, and occupational wellness; Research and keeps current with state and federal regulations and standards that pertain to the health and fitness industry.
