Daily Duties at Realty Group Of New England :

• Repair or replace PC hardware, perform software installations and upgrades. • Support desktop operating systems: Windows XP & Windows Vista. • Resolved issues with Microsoft Office 2003 Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Identify, remove, and protect against spyware/malware/gray ware/virus infection. • Configure settings for (wired and wireless), network & troubleshoot connectivity issues. • Treated co-workers and customers with the highest consideration and respect, • Established excellent and friendly relationships with all employees. • Efficient follow up on assignments, completed tasks in a timely manner. • Excelled at making the work load, and request/service process visible, maintained accountability for the work assignments. • Manage and troubleshoot network related hardware and software problems • Supported HP LaserJet Printers, system backups, virus protection, and web access • Advised Senior Management on related Technology purchase on new business software, scanners, cellular phones, desktop and laptops computers
