Teaching Assistant- instructed/Teach courses and graded papers for • Construction management, 2nd semester of 2014/2015 AY. • Contract specification and quantity surveying, 1st semester of 2015/2016 AY. Supervised and mentored a group of undergrad students in their semester projects in the following areas: • Project on Optimization of reinforcement bars in construction sites • Project on Alternative wall making materials at construction sites • Project on Comparison of mix design using ACI and DOD methods for C-25 concrete • Project on Effect of water Cement ratio on the strength of concrete • Project on Waste management of concrete making materials on the construction site. Developed a Brochure for construction Technology and Management Chair within the Addis Ababa university institute of Technology, and motivated colleagues to join our Chair as members, to attend meetings and events. Supervised the setting out of campus dormitory building projects in accordance with Drawing &specification in Addis Ababa university, Ethiopia Liaising with client representatives, other professionals within design teams and contractors’ representatives during construction
