Daily Duties at Ferguson Waterworks:

Promoted to direct sales to generate market penetration for wide-range of industrial products. Oversee prospecting for business opportunities and maximize exposure. Build and strengthen professional relationships with municipal engineering departments, operations managers, and District Superintendents for new construction projects and product and material approval. Manage staff of up to 10 inside sales representatives to acquire bids for approval. Coordinate Southern California trade show booths and exhibits. Provided mentoring and guidance to interns and sales management trainees.
