Create User and Administrator Manuals for WebEOC and other software products using Adobe Framemaker as the authoring tool. Technical writing must conform to AP and other technical writing industry standards. Collaborate with software developers and managers to validate accuracy of instructions. Work with quality assurance testers and incorporate additional software user interface experience. Verify software instructions in a virtual test server environment. Write results of user and administrator functions in accordance with company’s documentation standards. Using Screen Capture tool incorporate appropriate screen shots to support step by step instructions. Setup the documentation layout in accordance with company’s standards to include but not limited to: Screen Captures Copyrighted brand names Table of Contents Page formatting
