Daily Duties at Westinghouse Savannah River Site:
Conduct classroom training in accordance with approved lesson plans. Design appropriate visual aids and other student training materials in accordance to program standards. Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical content Review and update all course materials to current procedures, program standards and other federal requirements. Develop exam bank questions for each student learning objectives. Develop written exams and exam procedure policy and implement exam security measures. Conduct student examination session in accordance with exam security policy. Develop job performance measure guides to be use to evaluate students performance of critical tasks. Develop and implement innovative and cost-effective training delivery systems (e.g. self-paced, instructor on-line) Conduct periodic program assessments in accordance with standards and identify areas for improvement.
