- Developed new recruitment strategies for Utah State University, including social media heavy programs, app driven recruitment, foreign language markets, etc. - Lead a team of 96 employees in a face to face public relations national tour while recruiting students to Utah State University - Worked hand in hand with University President, Stan Albrecht, to host all major university donors and alumni on campus resulting in massive record breaking donations - Slashed spending costs for four consecutive years of record breaking increases in incoming freshman classes averaging 2.8% annual growth
