Aligned strategies and processes to maximize efficiency, manage supply chain and develop strategic cross-functional plan to meet and/or exceed business objectives. • Reduced on hand inventory by over $1 million. • Reduced active supplier base by 20%. • Improved delivery of component and raw materials to 99.1%. • Introduced and implemented e-Kanban system resulting in reduction of inventory, improved supplier performance, and supply chain processing costs, • Reduced raw material and component costs by 20%. • Negotiated Logistics Contract, reducing overall freight costs by 40%. • Negotiated and implemented supplier contract with major supplier of plastic resins, whereby the supplier would build two silos and material handling system at no cost to Hi-Stat Lexington, resulting in a 15% reduction in raw material costs, and a 30% reduction in processing costs.
