Provided North America business growth strategy and project management expertise to executive leaders, created 10-year strategic plan with integrated cross-functional projects, supported by ROI focused marketing strategy and cost reduction Indirect sourcing plan to achieve sustained double digit annual growth in North America markets. • Led cross-functional project teams to execute projects including writing project charters, selecting team members, defining scope, timeline, metrics and goal measurement to realize results. • Led contract negotiations to purchase $10 billion in new aircrafts, providing multi-million dollar cost savings over the term of the Agreements. • Negotiated wheel and tire supply chain initiative, saving NetJets $3 million annually. • Managed procurement projects with annualized savings in excess of $40 million. • Managed annual maintenance spend of $565 million
