• Managed and supervised Overflow Department for the firm and implemented new procedures for managing critical documents and new applications to be filed at the USPTO EBC (Electronic Business Center) • Ensured prompt and timely filing of various actions such as Amendments/Responses, IDS’, Extensions of Time, Appeal Briefs, new patent applications, Issue Fees, etc. through e-filing with the USPTO EBC (Electronic Business Center) for chemical, mechanical and electrical cases both foreign and domestic • Trained select personnel on how to process and assist attorneys with numerous USPTO requirements such as claim amendments, filing fees, additional claim fees, etc., and client reporting and billing • Trained office personnel with various formality letter writing for reports to clients
