• Provided support and managed heavy IP prosecution docket both domestic and international for two Senior Partners as well as support for Of Counsel attorney • Effectively managed administrative matters, i.e., client correspondence, foreign associate correspondence, USPTO correspondence, etc. by monitoring daily procurement thereof via electronic mail, telephone messaging and coordinating paper copies thereof • Coordinated and managed heavy volume of contacts by clients, prospective clients, foreign associates, and USPTO personnel including other prominent personnel within the IP community • Processed and maintained accurate records of attorney time, billing and expense accounts • Monitored case files for pending actions and prioritized case files for filing various legal documents at the USPTO via EFS Web and PCT Safe, i.e., new applications, responses, IDS’, Response to Restriction, 371 U.S. National Stage applications, international PCT applications, TM responses, Section 8/15 Declarations, Section 8/9 Renewals, Maintenance Fees, etc. • Trained and monitored personnel assisting with attorney practice
