• Provided expert level patent prosecution support to Senior Managing Partner and Associates with preparation and filing of new U.S. utility, design and 371 national stage patent applications at the USPTO via EFS web • Prioritized matters and follow-up with client communications via email and/or fax • Provided support as a team member within practice group to maintain continuity and balance of workload within the team • Drafted, prepared and filed various actions at the USPTO such as ADS, formality documents, Amendments, EOTs, IDS’, Response to Restriction/Election, Response to Missing Parts/Missing Requirements, Notice of Appeal, Appeal Brief, Issue Fees, etc. • Composed and drafted report letters to clients together with interim billing • Rendered administrative help within the team on various projects such as CTS management of client transfer-in cases • Managed and reconciled heavy prosecution docket daily
