Daily Duties at Excelsior Youth Center:

Managed a caseload averaging 12-20 youths. Trained and mentored new staff and supervised groups, counseling and daily activity coordination. Oversaw programs tailored to meet the needs of troubled and at-risk youths, providing a continuum of treatments, services, and solutions to achieve long term success. • On Call Supervisor responsible for 130 total youths and 100 employees • Trained new employees in CPI, First Aid and Emergency Response • Prepared and produced state reports
