Daily Duties at True Blue Inc:
Generated long term business relationships in multiple industry sectors within construction, skilled trades, light industrial, manufacturing, logistics and administrative to provide specific staffing needs. Recruited and built a consultative-sales oriented team to implement sales and recruitment strategies through aggressive targeting, lead generation and pipeline development. Led and managed account managers and recruiting efforts in support of the sales team for multiple locations throughout Colorado. • Interviewed and hired hundreds of temporary and direct placement employees • Hired and managed internal recruiters and customer service represenatives • Created and executed annual sourcing and recruitment plans for multiple branch teams • Manintained candidate and client relationships • Understood and adhered to labor laws, e-verify and fair employee practices • Conducted employees performance reveiws and created development plans for internal promotions • Worked with multiple business owners to assess workforce needs within various industries and departments • Utilized job boards, internal databases, career fairs and built relationships with local trade schools and colleges to promote and recruit top talent
