Managing Director, Talent Acquisition Leader, Staffing Fullfillment Supervisor, Human Resource Associate Architect, Owner and administrator of end-to-end sourcing processes and recruiting functions to successfully identify and close on talent opportunities for various departments within the company including Finance, Technology, Human Resources, Sales, Administrative and Management positions. Worked in conjuction with the Human Resource Department to ensure proper hiring procedures and practices were in place. • Led the Company’s Largest Acquisition in 2013 representing over 130 new employees • Knowledge and daily use of HRIS and other recruiting systems • Post job requisitions through Taleo and Workday systems • Conduct background checks through First Advantage • Draft and extend offer letters for new employees • Design job descriptions • Conduct Interviews on behalf of the hiring managers • Conduct employee performance reviews • Hire and place multiple positions for the firm throughout the United States • Knowledge of fair labor wage standards, discrimination and other critical labor laws • Generated $2 Billion increase in accumulated funded volume and the recruitment of over 500 new employees to the firm
