Served as first point of contact to ensure a high level of internal customer satisfaction in support of systems and project management for 5 individual insurance Divisions of W. R. Berkley Corporation. Communicated closely with multiple stakeholders including facilitating open discussions about technology requirements, process improvements and specific strategies to improve organizational efficiency. Organized and led teams of resources on multiple project initiatives, prepared budgets, and acted as liaison to maintain relations between corporate and client senior and executive management.
