Daily Duties at First Bank:
I underwrote and was part of over-all approval team for loan relationships with over $1MM in total exposure. I conducted annual reviews, initial underwritings as well as working with the loan officers and regional directors to help structure larger loans. I also ran monthly interest rate shock analysis on entire loan portfolio as well as putting together county by county financial condition and movement reports and ran risk assessments using these reports against a dollar weighted portions of the portfolio located in each of these counties. I ran a variety of ability to repay tests against average salary and number of working people in the county as well as other metrics.
