Daily Duties at Cambiar Investors Llc:
Provide research/analysis and recommendations of investments within Healthcare and Retail sectors using bottom-up/ relative-value/GARP approach and stock-selection process for all AUM that exceeds $14 billion (at peak). Oversee numerous restricted accounts, balanced product for clients focused on capital preservation, and assist in stock selection of large-/mid-/small-cap and international equity products. • Leverage in-depth understanding of factors that affect company and industry fundamentals, including economic /market conditions, current global affairs and corporate events to produce independent, proprietary research and valuation analyses that support investment decision-making. • Solely manage $300 million AUM in restricted large-cap value and balanced accounts. • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support monitoring of existing portfolio investments. • Deliver marketing presentations to prospective/existing clients, and consultants. • Track investment and risk exposures of existing holdings and capital allocation. • Collaborate with Operations Teams to distinguish companies that violate clients’ investment policies.
