Daily Duties at Pleasant Valley Biodiesel:

After the fire PVBD's insurance company required the owners to bring in a biofuel processing expert to re-engineer the facility from the ground up with proper safety and fire prevention equipment, as well as conduct regular employee safety training. Since the plant had burned to the slab, the owners requested modifications be made to increase production from 10 to a 30 million gallon per year output, which I accomplished with minimal upgrade expense. An additional and significant challenge was that the owners required the plant to be rebuilt onto "skids" for easy transportation to a future site they were interested in locating to later.

What they like about Pleasant Valley Biodiesel:

You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
