Source, evaluate, and acquire newly developed healthcare technologies from distinguished universities; partner with select entrepreneurs to fund, launch and grow successful businesses; assist in efforts to take companies public, negotiate mergers, attract strategic alliances, close acquisitions, and secure multimillion dollar lines of credit. Capitalize on collective wisdom and resources of a team of subject matter experts collaborating to mitigate risks, make smart business decisions, and build the most expedient pathway to success and profitability. Currently negotiating to license several new and innovative drugs and devices with Universities in the U.S & abroad
