Daily Duties at Itt Technical Institute:
• Duties include managing Information Technology department of instructional staff within the Information Technology School of study to ensure achievement of goals and objectives •Responsible for assessing training and organizational development needs, developing training programs and presenting training sessions •Communicate performance expectations, monitor and evaluate performance (including conducting classroom observations), analyze key performance indicators, provide coaching and feedback, and recommend corrective actions •Teach project management and technology related courses to an average of 20 adult students, ensuring proper instruction and delivery of curricula so that the learning environment meets the course requirements •Ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures •Make recommendations to the Director regarding resource use to advance operational objectives •Coordinate relevant certification programs and student professional
