Daily Duties at Es3, Llc:
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to develop tools and reporting that will provide information that can assist in pro-active decisions, as well as alerts to prevent delays in customer deliveries. • Deliver actionable business intelligence using various technologies for more effective planning and execution. • Utilize multiple systems to deliver actionable reporting and Dashboard tools for KPI analytics, forecasting and operational efficiency. • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend solutions for operational inefficiencies. • Identify areas for process improvement • Special Projects include working on cross-functional teams in areas of re-racking warehouse space, developing new process to capture data to assist in critical business decision. • Develop tools to support Operations, Transportation, and Account Management for peak season volume management.
